Community laundry on the ground floor. Recently renovated historic building with exclusive décor. RTA No.: A/MA/01931 Pedestrian street. We have an agreement with a car park for €16 per day. There is currently an archaeological excavation on the adjacent site, so on some occasions, this may cause a bit of noise.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.
