Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock.

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & wildlife abounds happily. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink. Happy to recommend.

Self-Contained Guest Studio Flat

Newly refurbished studio flat with driveway parking, close to Guildford town centre. King size bed, fitted kitchen with oven/microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, and bathroom with power shower. We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Ty Bach

A cosy, clean, warm and light annexe with its own walled garden. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!

Self contained studio room with loft double bed, kitchen (including oven, hob, microwave and fridge) and shower room. Quiet location, 5 minutes walk to station, 5 minute walk to central Godalming. If required, the room can be configured with a table rather than the standard extended seating, see photos. Please message after booking if the table configuration is required. 1 mile from Shalford station, 3 miles from Guildford station but in middle of the Surrey Hills. 3 acre garden & room has great views of the garden, donkey & horses. Accommodation is a large double bedroom, ensuite shower room & a kitchen. There isn't a living room however it is a large double room. The property is a ten minute walk to the village pub, the Grantley Arms, Wonersh.
