Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

The house is in a new neighbourhood close to the centre and 800 metres from the beach, and close to a supermarket, etc. In the leisure area we have a pergolato illuminated swimming pool, gourmet with table, freezer, electric barbecue, stove and bathroom. A large garden where you can take your pet and parking lot. On the inside of the house you will find a super-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, electric iron, micro and blender etc. Four air-conditioned rooms, Tv room with wifi and 3 bathrooms.
