Unlike other locations in the region, this house offers privacy with the gourmet area and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of you and your family. The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

É um pequeno Studio, para até quatro pessoas, localizado a 200 metros da praia de Guaratiba. A acomodação contempla um quarto de casal com ar condicionado, um quarto com ventilador, 2 (duas) camas de solteiro, cozinha conjugada com sala, um banheiro interno e um lavabo externo na área da piscina. Área externa ampla com jardim, piscina exclusiva, lavabo, ducha, churrasqueira, varanda. A área externa é compartilhada com os anfitriões e uma cachorrinha que moram na casa anexa ao Studio.

Inside the condominium you can enjoy ecological trails, ice cream shop ,markets, bakery , stalls , ponds, pizzeria, restaurants and playgrounds.

The accommodation is located in the Portal das Guaratibas condominium within the Guaratiba Tourist Complex, which is approximately 12 km from the city center of Prado. The Beaches are private, have kiosks, hiking trails, a children's playground, ponds with bridges where beautiful photos can be taken. Condo with 24 hours security. We welcome a maximum of 6 people. note: We don't offer bedding or towels.
