The street is the best in the condominium, with access to the first walkway to the beach, a children's playground with a zip line and a lot of tranquility. The rooms have air-conditioning, as well as great beds (one king and one queen size).

The house is in a new neighbourhood close to the centre and 800 metres from the beach, and close to a supermarket, etc. In the leisure area we have a pergolato illuminated swimming pool, gourmet with table, freezer, electric barbecue, stove and bathroom.
