Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Slightly off the beaten track, a car is recommended, check location! 100% no smoking or vaping, inside & outside. Excellent road links to the A3 Hogsback, M3, Guildford, Farnham & the Surrey Hills National Landscape area, & train link to Portsmouth & London, just a 5 min drive away in Ash.

Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

Camby, our beloved converted ambulance is static on our drive with electric hook-up, heating and WiFi available. Great for an overnight stay....or if you are working at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre which is a 20 minute walk from us. Basic, but a bit quirky and if you like staying in unusual places this is perfect. The local train station is a 15 minute walk away. Driveway parking is free. Breakfast, tea, coffee, sugar and first pint of milk supplied.

The Garden Room; cosy, rural self-contained studio

Welcome to The Garden Room, our studio mini-flat above the garage in our cottage grounds, loved by friends and family. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people or longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway between Farnborough and Aldershot. Free private parking away from main road. Strictly NO VISITORS AND PARTIES. Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.
