There is additional sleeping space in the villa comprising a camp bed and on coach bed. There are 2 bathrooms. Linen, towels, and are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Earlier checking and checkout is possible, contact the owner directly. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking on the premises and parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. Welcome to our newly-built peaceful house with adorable views, the house is secluded. Nature creates peace and harmony. Large terrace with evening sun and also terrace for breakfast in the morning sun. Perfect for lovely days/evenings outdoors. Bathing areas to various lakes are close by. Bathroom in the sea about 30 minutes. Gothenburg 30 minutes by car or commuter train 20 minutes from Nol station 5 minutes by car. Sponge blueberries/lingonberries as well as hiking opportunities/nature reserves are right nearby. Nearby is disc golf.

Dream house with private pool, lakefront, jetty, close to nature

Dream house with private pool, lakefront & playground. You live close to nature with 30 minutes from Gothenburg & 15 minutes from the cafe the city of Alingsås. You can choose to spend the day by the pool, sunbathe, swim & start the grill while the kids splash and play. You can take a walk along the embankment that goes along the lake. Or rent a boat & go out on one of the 60 islands that Lake Mjörn offers. In the garden there is a sandbox, swings, slide and large trampoline. There are bicycles to borrow, close to the beaches to swim.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Spacious villa just outside Gothenburg. Large terrace ( 100 m2) and large garden with well equipped playground, cozy living room with fireplace for chilled evenings and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. family friendly swimming area by lake with proximity to ale square where you will find a grocery store, system company, and everything else you might need. Good connections into Gothenburg, commute from ale square takes about 15 minutes.

House with space! In the middle of amazing nature! Close to swimming

In scenic Floda, only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, this villa is for rent. The house has fantastic natural light, large socializing areas and a large lovely kitchen with a lot of workspace. A large terrace with barbecue grill, cozy lush garden and cabin for the children. Upstairs there are plenty of toys for children and four bedrooms, two of them with double beds. The lake with jetties and beach is only 10 minutes from the house. Enjoy beautiful nature with meadows, forest or maybe paddling on the lake!

The house has a big old garden, secluded with silence and no insight, several terraces and a balcony where you can enjoy the sun from early morning to sunset, without insight. Large rural house near lake outside Gothenburg

My house is kind of like Pippi Longstocking's villa wanted to go. Personal with many places to be, both indoors and outdoors. From the terrace you can see the beautiful lake Mjörn, and in 5 minutes you can be in the water! In 30 minutes you are in Gothenburg. Beautiful bike and hiking trails, the forest starts on the plot and in season the chanterelle lights up yellow right outside the house!

Now it is possible to book our house this summer 2025! We are happy to share our beloved home with others who may appreciate it when we are not at home. Here we enjoy taking care of "Sadelmakarns hus" from 1914, interspersing renovation with travel and not least enjoying the garden life and the small cultural heritage Tollered just outside Gothenburg.
