The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Enjoy breathtaking views of lake, mountain and ocean! Summer sunsets will leave you ready to book your next stay. Basic pantry essentials and ample cookware allow you to eat in while enjoying the view! French press, Keurig, and drip coffee options available. WiFi and two smart TVs will keep you in touch with your life outside of this paradise. Fire pit is available in the front of the property. Having lived in Unalaska/Dutch Harbor for 30 years, we live in the other side of the duplex.

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. Private Cabana in The Flats, Kodiak, AK

Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

In one of the close knit houses along the hill above town, a generous number of stairs takes you to a million dollar view, built in the 1940's & remodeled with updates you'll like. Relax on the deck, inhale the fresh sea, active fishing port & town life, or warm-up in the crooked but very cozy & beautiful home that might remind you of the 'Old Village'.

If you're searching for a breathtaking views over looking the beautiful harbor in Kodiak then this is the place for you! Upstairs, a spacious lofted sitting room with vaulted ceilings has the best views - Relax with a coffee in the morning and if you're lucky you may spot a pod of orcas swimming by. Or spend time out on the deck on a sunny summer day grilling a home cooked meal. Please keep in mind you must be prepared to walk up and down stairs to access the home.
