A perfect stay. Amazing villa for which the pictures don’t do justice. It’s huge with a great pool and lots of games/amenities to keep you and the family entertained and well cared for. Mahmoud is super responsive, helpful and can provide everything you need including cleaner, cook, transportation, excursions, restaurant/sightseeing recommendations all at exceptional prices. He even spent one hour negotiating at a hair salon (for the missus and daughters) to ensure that I, as a non Egyptian, was not overpaying. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Airbnbs as I travel a lot (including a lot in dubai) and I can honestly say that Mahmoud was the most genuine, sincere and kind host I have met to date. Thank you Mahmoud!

MO’s villa is one of the best in the location. it has everything anyone would need to have a great time. I really appreciate his hospitality and his quick responsiveness. He is very helpful and always available. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend.

The place was absolutely great. Zero complaints whatsoever. The views from the second and third floor were perfect I took so many photos there. The pool area was also very accommodating with the extra room, bar, and both toilet & shower. It’s definitely a 10/10 for me & my family and I’ll definitely have to come back for round 2. Mariam is such a welcoming host. The minute I called to announce my arrival, I was well welcomed with a friendly admin and advised where to park and what to do. The apartment is super clean as described. The sheets and blankets were clean and smelled clean actually. Two toilets! Amazing view from the bedrooms and the living room. Spacious balkon right on the sea made my days interesting and peaceful. Totally recommended stay

This is perfect place in Mamura, and Alexandria over all. Quiet, very nice and specious flat close to the beach and promenade. If you look for super clean streets, beautiful gardens and beach few steps away, this is it!

We enjoyed staying at Mostafa’s place. Beautiful views and walking distance to many of the things we wanted to do in the city. The neighborhood is safe and the people are friendly. Recommended!

We spent 18 days at the apartment and enjoyed our time there from start to finish. All the team were very friendly and helpful, and we wanted for nothing. The view was amazing, peaceful, and all the apartment amenities were in good order and worked perfectly. Very happy with our stay there, and it’s on our list to return.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a hot shower. The walk along the sea entertained us each day. The tunnel to cross the street is very close. And the red double decker tour bus took us where we wanted to go each day for only 25 EP one way. The communication was very fast when we needed anything. We were grateful for the time we were able to spend here.

Karim is a very generous person who cares about every detail that could make your visit comfortable. You will find everything you need in the studio, it was really relaxing experience. there is a couple of restaurants there (but we didn't like them). and there is a supermarket nearby for your basic needs. We'll repeat our visit soon because of Karim's generosity.
