Sæból is a historic farm in one of the most remote parts of Iceland. Visitors will find a truly authentic experience of life in the Westfjords, past and present. It provides amazing access to the mountains and the sea, and the opportunity to enjoy the remoteness and quiet that make the Westfjords so special. In Sæból lives a friendly sheep farmer known as Bettý (my mother) and she is the last remaining resident of Ingjaldssandur. She also makes beautiful handcrafts that she sells at her house.

Wonderful cottage located on a farm in west Iceland. Icelandic horses on the farm and sheep in the autumn. The place is surrounded by the Viking Saga, history of elves and hidden people. Nearby are two famous Cathedral of the elves, Tungustapi and Ásgarðsstapi. There is only 5 minutes drive to the geothermar pool Guðrúnarlaug where you can bathe. Hvammur 2 Bjarg Cottage with a private hot tub

Bjarg is a summerhouse in Bjarnarfjordur, 25 km from Hólmavík. Excellent location for travelling to North/South Strandir or Westfjords. The house stands by the river that runs down the valley. It is a quiet place an excellent place to see the northern lights. Swimming pool and geothermal hot tubs are located in Laugarhóll about 1 km from the house. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.
