La Casa di Rosa (a short walk from Marinello and Tindari)

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. From here you can access the terrace overlooking the sea, which is also equipped with a kitchen, dining table, deckchairs, and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view: the sea, the beach, and the Tindari promontory.

On the first floor of the Villa degli Armatori is this beautiful studio with a private entrance that enjoys a spacious terrace overlooking the sea and islands. The Pink House is divided in two independent apartments (see photos Casa Rosa A and B). Each apartment has one double bedroom, a large kitchen/living room with one couch bed and one bathroom with a shower. The apartment B also has one built in mezzanine with a two single beds. The house has been renewed in 2019, but its colors and frames have been kept unchanged just the way they were 100 years ago. You will be assigned Casa Rosa A or B depending on availability.
