A kitchen with a dining area and a WC, with access to the patio and the porch, on the ground floor. A great deal of attention has been paid to lighting and comfort. Old chapel restored as a home in one of the most emblematic estates for making Ribeiro wine. The first mentions of the Compostelana chapter property in the vicinity of Ribadavia date back to the end of the 12th century.
