Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Induction stovetop, oven, fan, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Private entrance. Air heat pump with the possibility of cooling. Wooden patio deck and outdoor furniture for 4 people. Private parking next to the cottage. The cottage is centrally located in Mellbystrand with walking distance to a nice beach, convenience store, restaurants, large shopping center and exercise trails.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the middle of the Bjäre peninsula. Here it is close to both nature and golf course. The holiday metropolises of Båstad and Torekov are nearby. Something that stands out is the large patio with the possibility to sit in three different directions. A large lawn invites you to play and play. In the cottage, there is a fresh sauna and charging box where you can charge your electric car (cost price). Towels, bed linens and cleaning are not included but can be arranged (contact the host for price).

Newly built house near the sea

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Quiet and child friendly area. Newly built in the summer of 2022. New pool built in the spring of 2025. Four sleeping places but recommended for two people. (Two beds and a sofa bed, 21 sqm.) Wi-Fi, parking, access to patio and pool. The pool is available june, jul and august. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, mini golf, grocery store etc. Cycling distance to Båstad. Final cleaning is included, but we would like you to tidy up and wash up after yourself. Bed linen and towels are not included but are available for rent

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.
