Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.

Cozy little cottage of 24 sqm with walking distance to the sea (300 m). Skummeslövsstrand stretches north to Mellbystrand and south to Båstad and is 12 km long. Here you can enjoy a lovely nature and nice atmosphere and take a morning swim at the 120 meter long bathing jetty. If the children want to fish crabs with a guaranteed bite, there is a nice place called Kattvikshamn 15 minutes by car.
