Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Allegheny River

This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Jonie and Ryan were very helpful and the home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the ample space and beautiful river view!

Paul's place was clean, cute, and cozy. It was easy to find, and his instructions to get inside were great. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. I'd definitely book with Paul again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s house! The space was clean, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for our family — and our dog loved it too! The backyard was safe and secure, and the house was stocked with thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids and a pet so easy. Check-in was seamless, and Kayla was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The location was convenient to Gettysburg Battlefields, downtown Gettysburg and the Outlet Shoppes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family (and furry friends)!

Great location. It's close to food shopping and the highway but without all the noise. Like others have mentioned, the driveway is a little tight but manageable. If we're in town we will stay again.

This was my second stay at Andrea's place. Check-in is easy. Linens and towels are provided. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. It's a plus that the property is dog-friendly and it's easy to take walks around the neighborhood.

The place is beautiful-setting spectacular! Go boating, make sand castles, enjoy books, games and foosball as well as popcorn from a popcorn machine. Lots of rooms, bathrooms and large windows with great views. It totally exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The home was clean, cozy, and well stocked. Mallory is prepared for four legged guests - dog bowls, paw wipes, and extra bags were accessible at the back door. We appreciated the easy of checking in/out. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for our après-ski weekend this year! The location was perfect—easy to find and ski and ski out. The cabin itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living room and hot tub, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain. Parking was a breeze, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about this place or it's host, Joe! Even though it rained most of the weekend, there were so many things to do indoors that both the children and adults were never bored! Everyone slept great from all of the activities and comfortable accommodations. The family is talking about booking an entire week next time instead of a weekend. But it was the perfect weekend regardless for family fun time! Thanks again, Joe, for being so nice to us. You have been nothing but gracious and accommodating to allow us to use your beautiful home. We appreciate you!

We had such a short lovely stay. Celebrated my partner’s birthday with a ski trip to Seven Springs Resort. The location is perfect just 7 or 8 mins away from the resort with a convenient shuttle service. Kara was also a great host responding quickly to any questions we had!

Every amenity is there....two different coffee makes and any and everything you would need to make a meal. Beds were all comfortable. Not a single negative thing to say.....it was perfect for 6 people.

This is the second time we had a girls weekend here! We loved staying here the first time, and it was just as lovely the second time! Always clean, super responsive, and has all of the amenities. Will continue to make it a tradition.

We had a great stay. Condo was as described. Britney‘s place had everything you could possibly need. All of the extras like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms were so nice! The kitchen had everything imaginable, including dishwashing detergent, and dish soap. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The Carriage House is one of the most peaceful places that we've ever stayed. The Rustic character and decor felt welcoming and comfy. The view of the pond in the morning while listening to the birds and drinking a cup of coffee - unbelievably Zen. We enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and having a good steam in the Sauna. The quietness was particularly stunning as well. We really felt like we had our own personal Spa for 5 days. I'm from the Knox area and will be staying here from now on whenever we're home for a visit. Our black lab Bella also enjoyed chasing the ball in the big field and going for a swim in the pond as well. Perfect place for a dog! Thank you Maria for sharing this delightfully beautiful place with us!

This was a perfect overnight stay on our way home. Close to the expressway. Right on par for the cost of a hotel with all the comforts of home. Very nice sunset across the vineyards! Our golden loved laying in the grass in the backyard! The spring flowers were all in bloom!

Donna and Jeff’s place was great! Pictures don’t do it justice it is beautiful and spotless. Will definitely be trying to stay here on my next visit.

I stayed here with my girlfriend and daughter for 2 days. It was perfect for us, we used the big backyard to our advantage. Played cornhole, daughter had fun on the play set, and had a nice fire one night. The inside was absolutely spotless, and well taken care of. There was a binder to explain everything about the house, food nearby, and check in/check out help. Thanks Alan we had a blast!

The perfect place for a single father to take his two little girls. The cabin is very unique with amazing views. A well stocked kitchen and plenty of firewood to burn at the fire pit. Really awesome hiking trails. The pond was our main area of interest as we caught and released frogs, toads and salamanders. We also enjoyed canoeing around the pond. I couldn’t have asked for a more well rounded environment to truly introduce my girls to the outdoors while still having access to the modern day commodities. A home run if you truly want to introduce the family to the outdoors but not feel stranded. The Host was super welcoming and polite while being very proactive when coming to any type of communication. I couldn’t say thank you enough for providing such a great experience.

A quick stay in Erie at Kimberly’s place made me want to come back and check it out for a longer stay next time! The hot tub was just what we needed after driving 500 miles! Everything was super clean and comfy there! We appreciated all the details like robes for the hot tub, phone chargers and bottled water in the fridge! Check out couldn’t have been easier too! Thank you Kimberly for this great space! Oh and we LOVED your chickens!!!

We have stayed in Susan's home multiple times and she never disappoints. Her hospitality is above and beyond, and she goes out of her way to make you feel cozy and right at home! She has everything you need to get started for your stay and then some - including decent toilet paper, tissues, a lighted make up mirror and cozy blankets amongst many other things. Everything was very clean as always and she's quick to respond to any communication. Her place is very convenient to downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort - maybe 10 minutes. If you're looking for an awesome place to stay.......this is it!

Perfect for a little family get away to the mountains. We enjoyed seeing all the farm animals and meeting the host and her family. The place was peaceful and exceeded our expectations! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family
