Holiday rentals with a patio in Almafuerte

The apartment is a 10/10. Very comfortable, spacious and cozy spaces (as seen in the photographs). The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, and walking is very easy to get around. Also, it is very easy to find a place to park on the street. The hosts are very well, always accompanying any need and accompanying the stay with details upon arrival (a rich surprise). Truly, it's highly recommended

Eduardo and Matías are excellent and very attentive, the apartment is beautiful, with all the amenities, they delivered it shiny and with everything you need. The place is unbeatable, two blocks from the suspension bridge and a few meters from the main street.

The place is cozy. It is well located. The access to the downtown area is fast and you reach 5 min. on foot. We had everything we needed. The manager, very well prepared. He made us very good recommendations.

The surroundings are infinitely beautiful. Decor and furniture are somewhat outdated for the type of construction. Nothing modern. I also accepted the rental because of what was shown in the photos And it would be lacking for them to provide DirecTV service as we touched days of rain that was lending to see movies But, the place deserved all the applause so it's not a complaint but a constructive criticism. The apartment met all our expectations, apart from being comfortable it is also located in front of the river which makes it even more special. I recommend it!

A comfortable and spacious house, in a quiet neighborhood and a little far from downtown, ideal for those looking to rest and take advantage of the greenery and nature. Close to the river. Highly recommended.

The house is as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe but somewhat far from downtown. Facundo is an excellent host, he waited for us with invoices and cookies, and always responded quickly to messages. The price is somewhat high, but it's understandable because there aren't many similar offers in Río Tercero. In the house everything works very well and it is comfortable.

Cecilia and Mr. were very kind to welcome us, with alfajores and a welcome sign, always good availability and good attention, the house has everything that the description comments and everything you need for a quiet and pleasant stay, such as instruments and cleaning supplies and condiments for cooking, the beds are new so it sleeps quite comfortable, the walking access is a little complicated but by car it is ideal since it is close to the center (less than 10min by car) but enough separate to sleep quietly without noise, we will definitely be back!

Perfect place for a group of friends or a medium size family. As long you have a car you will be fine. highly recommend!

We had a very rewarding stay at Paula's house. We are a married couple with two young children (3 and 1 year). The environments are much larger than what you see in the photos. The kitchen (large and with daily dining room) and the living room both on 1st level and with huge windows to the trees and park have no waste. The living room armchair is huge (3mts x 1.7mts). Very comfortable and full of cushions. The master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is very comfortable, as is the bed (king 2x2). It has then several rooms with lots of didactic material for boys (little ones). Our kids REALLY enjoyed everything there was. The park is immense, with grove and lots of grass. The location of the house for us was ideal. 3-4 blocks from downtown and 10-15min drive to Reartes. We received Inés in the house. A person as or nicer than the house itself. Very attentive, well predisposed and super resolute. Thank you Inés and Gracias Paula. We will be back

I was treated a thousand points, it is an ideal place to cook something rich and rest (which was what I was looking for). Pure air is breathed. I recommend going by car as it is not close to downtown and half the way to it is ripio. THE SERVICES THAT IT HAS TO OFFER. The bed was very comfortable. Not only does it have a large grill but also braseros for the table. I'm missing using the pool but into the cold (April ‘25) Being a complex, there are some rules which are in writing upon entry, along with a list of its own tourist attractions and folleteria for activities (horseback riding, bicycles, etc.). The price seemed more to me than agreed. P.S. I don't know if you work there but day in half 9am a bird wakes you up, beating the bedroom window with the beak😂.

We stayed for 10 days, the complex seemed like a dream, the images reflected exactly what it is, but vivlo and enjoy it adds the touch of distinction. The facilities have everything of very good quality, equipped with air conditioning in each room. Emanuel welcomed us very well, he was very kind at all times, he gave us recommendations for places where we could enjoy family and activities to do. We woke up with a rich breakfast every day, detail that is not minor because that allowed us to continue enjoying the facilities from early. The beautiful pool, always clean and even though the water is not heated is very nice. We really fell in love with the place and the kindness of both Emanuel and her lady. It is definitely a place we would choose again since Almafuerte is a very quiet town and with beautiful spas!!!
