Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Almaty Region

Igor is a great host. Apartment is clean and modern, as shown on pictures. Check in was easy. We arrived at 3 am and Artem was waiting for us at the property. Location is great, close to many attractions and City centre. There are a number of good cafes and shops in the area as well as a large modern shopping plaza called Forum. Strongly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay. Once you arrive you will be warmly welcomed at this lovely place. The common area and the cottage are nicely decorated and are equipped with everything. Highly recommended to stay here!

This was my second visit to Kuanysha's apartment, I was satisfied again! Everything was at the highest level - the apartment is clean, cozy, fully equipped. It's very nice that the host did his best again to make me feel at home.

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.

The place is big and same as shown in pics .Though it's an old building the location is very convenient to commute and Arbat street is very very near and with lot of food options and great evening vibes . The place is well equipped with cooking utensils and basic groceries and 24/7 super markets are nearby and you get almost everything there . The place has become our home in Almaty and we enjoyed our stay . I agree with most of the comments about the lift , initially it was scary as the lift closes even if the person is entering , but eventually the 6 days we stayed ,we learnt to handle that old lift so it wasn't a major issue for us . Overall a clean and good stay at a convenient location and a very friendly host.
