Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
