Holiday rentals in Almirante Sur

Our son and daughter in law had their wedding ceremony at the rooftop and it was just perfect! We rented the entire property that housed all of our six families that came from different places. And we all fell in love with the place. Every one had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen and dining is where we would all gather, there are 2 entertainment rooms and a nice living room. Plenty of places to convene specially for big groups and kids, the place is well laid out. The rooftop was huge but can be designed for a small wedding like ours. The pool and hot tub was a nice bonus. Thank you so much Michael, Zoraida and Heriberto for all your help. You guys have been so patient and helpful for months up to the wedding. We were lucky to have found a gem and great hosts!

What an absolutely amazing home. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Amazing space for a family visit. Alejandro was an amazing person to deal with. Always answered fast and gave great helpful feedback

This place was very clean and better than expected. Plenty of space for our car rental in a under cover car port. No major call outs. The kitchen was useful to make breakfast, it had top stove, a toaster oven and microwave no oven. The yard was maintained clean. Host responded to any questions we had in a timely manner.

This was our second time staying at Casa Fabian. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to book whenever we are in Puerto Rico. The home was spotless when we arrived. Luis provides excellent directions to his place, complete with a video to ensure ease of access. We had a super late arrival and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we arrived. He even left some drinks and sandwiches for us as there’s really no food options available at 2 AM. Super thoughtful! There were plenty of towels and linens for my party of 4. If you forgot toiletries, it’s likely Luis has some in the house. There are even beach supplies provided so you have some shade and a place to sit when heading to the beach. The area is quiet and has plenty of great restaurants nearby (definitely go to Pollos Robby!) The horse is one of my favorite parts about staying here. She’s so sweet and loves to say hi whenever she hears the door open. I highly recommend Casa Fabian to everyone!

The place exceeded my expectations. It was very neat, tidy and well-equipped. The place offered a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. The facilities were in excellent condition and reflect a high level of care by the host. Ricardo, very helpful and very attentive to guests. We loved this place. The location was very peaceful and we really enjoyed the pool. The photos were true to form. I would definitely consider coming back to this Airbnb location again next time I visit Puerto Rico!

Definitely an Airbnb for people that don’t mind a light hike with possibly slippery conditions. Think total isolated outdoors. Fan was a big plus in tent. We enjoyed this.
