The flat is on the top floor (4th floor) with no lift. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150 per day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200 per day (electric, including charging). The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.

The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
