The flat is on the top floor (4th floor) with no lift. Free outdoor parking. Garage available: NOK 150 per day (fossil fuel) and NOK 200 per day (electric, including charging). The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). The house has 20 sqm floor area, but is effectively utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.
