The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.
