Holiday rentals with lake access in Alpine County

Great stay! The beds were comfy and we had all we needed in The kitchen. Great location for restaurants and entrance to Tahoe Keys. Steve was very helpful & went above and beyond for our family. Thank you Steve!

Loved staying at this place. It was a convenient location and yet away from the busy part of South Lake and not far from the California lodge at heavenly. Cory was a great host and also allowed us for an early check in. The home is clean and has all the basic necessities including a fully equipped kitchen. It is also not far from the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you, Cory!

Views, views,views. William’s home was everything we expected and some. Great quiet and tranquil location. Definitely what we were looking for during Thanksgiving. This was the perfect amount of space for the amount of guests we had and not to mention the amount of bathrooms available. We were fortunate that the snow fall had stopped during our stay and all we had was fresh powder to enjoy with the kids. Williams place also has a lot of activities for the kids to keep them entertained. The living area along with the kitchen was extremely spacious making us all feel comfortable and at home. William was always available for questions and helped us with getting in. I highly recommend his location. Next time we’re in Kirkwood, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

This was a really amazing place to stay! Very close to Heavenly and nearby restaurants / groceries. Everything from the kitchen, bedrooms, living room, hot tub , and overall space was so cozy and perfect. I would come stay at this place again next time!!

Amazing location steps from lift. Very nice place and a legitimate private apartment. Ed is a very accommodating host and gave me transportation to and from the airport at a reasonable rate. I would definitely return.

We really felt at home in this cozy comfy place. During the day we enjoyed the beautiful outdoors. In the evening, we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, playing games at the dining table & we watched a movie! We logged into our HULU account to watch the movie! We will look for AirBNB listings by Jason again. We’d definitely stay in this condo again if available!!!

Had a great time ! The condo had everything we needed - and the proximity to bear valley resort cannot be beaten! Will be back!
