Cabin gem on the Helgeland coast, space for the whole extended family. The cabin is located on a separate island on Tjøtta/Svines, with arrival by boat that we have lying on a private floating dock. Here you get complete privacy with the sea as your closest neighbor. Outside the door there is an eldorado of opportunities such as fishing, boating, beach life and many hiking opportunities on Svines and Tjøtta. The cabin has two bedrooms + loft. Connected to electricity and rainwater The cabin is located on Gårdsøya on Svines, 10 min drive from Tjøtta, and 40 minutes away from Sandnessjøen.

Here there is room for lots of people. Here you can do all imaginable activities by and at sea, as well as go on mountain hikes. We are a registered tourist fishing company so tourist quota can be brought home.

Here you will enjoy undisturbed accommodation with views of the city and Dønnamannen. Only a 12-minute walk to the town centre and the ferry terminal, and 3 minutes to a grocery store, a petrol station and a restaurant. There are 3 bedrooms with beds for 5 people and bed linen. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare great food. The outdoor area has a kitchen with a barbecue, a jacuzzi and a seating area with good sun exposure until late in the evening. The property is secluded on an end street in a quiet neighbourhood.

The house today has a modern living unit, an annex and air conditioning in the bedroom Jetty with magical views of Herøysundet. This is a great starting point for creating great, memorable experiences from the Helgeland coast!

The property is a short walk from the lake in rural and idyllic surroundings on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips to mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak.
