Kick back and relax in this calm stylish space, a cosy one double bedroom annexe fully self contained offering self check in and free secure gated parking directly in front of the property. It is within walking distance to a lovely pub and other amenities to include a mini supermarket. It’s approximately a ten minute drive to the town centre, Pitsford reservoir is approximately a five minute drive away and the beautiful market town of Market Harborough is approximately twenty minutes drive away.

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

Characterful garden cottage

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is very well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. It’s a lovely place!
