Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

In a large house built for the farm's workers, this complete apartment is located on the upper floor. With a nice view and Fengersfors' latest sunset, you can enjoy your holiday. Secluded with the forest behind the house, a private path to the viewpoint on the mountain but at the same time a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and the old paper mill where Not Quite is located. There you will find a bakery and during the summer a café and bistro, art exhibitions and a building maintenance shop. Swimming area is a 20-minute walk (1 km).

There are 2 90 cm beds and a sofa bed that is 140 cm when extended. Kitchen with fridge and freezer available. Toilet is available but NOT shower. Linens are not included but can be purchased. Also possibility to use washing machine for a fee.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University.
