In a large house built for the farm's workers, this complete apartment is located on the upper floor. With a nice view and Fengersfors' latest sunset, you can enjoy your holiday. Secluded with the forest behind the house, a private path to the viewpoint on the mountain but at the same time a 5-minute walk to the grocery store and the old paper mill where Not Quite is located. There you will find a bakery and during the summer a café and bistro, art exhibitions and a building maintenance shop. Swimming area is a 20-minute walk (1 km).

A smaller marina is available with a launching ramp for guests with their own boat. Bed linens and towels are not included, available for rent for SEK 150 per person. Close to, among other things, nice swimming areas, hiking trails and Not Quite with an exhibition and café. The accommodation is simple. There are 2 90 cm beds and a sofa bed that is 140 cm when extended. Kitchen with fridge and freezer available. Toilet is available but NOT shower. Linens are not included but can be purchased. Also possibility to use washing machine for a fee.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
