Boating experience is required to get to the privately-owned island. Dock at the jetty with a stable plastic boat about 5 m with a 9 hp outboard motor, good for fishing from. Swim at the child-friendly sandy beach opposite.

Welcome to Slotteberget 9. Bright, nice accommodation with stunning views of the open sea. The house is 54 sqm with a separate bedroom and bunk beds adjacent to the entrance. Upstairs, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The floor plan is open with sofa, TV and dining area for 6-8 people. The houses are tastefully decorated with a high standard and are located on the shore with their own jetty and boathouse. There is a sauna for rent for SEK 500.

Large lawn outside and on the other side of the road is the wharf. The ferry to Hamburgo is located around 100m south.

Welcome to our beautiful Heestrand, which is a quiet and beautiful oasis with nature right next door. During the summer, boating is intense. It can be entertaining to watch the traffic. In the bay, many boats seek a night port as it is protected by mountains. Here are also beaches. The village offers many varied walking paths along the sea. There are several swimming spots here, both from mountains and sandy beaches. During other times of the year it is quieter. We find pleasure in that too!
