I rented to my son who interned in Americana for 30 days. the well-lit, well-lit ceiling fan kitinet . We found the place clean . The parking lot is in front of the building, the neighborhood very quiet. Jaqueline always requests, responds quickly to messages. The check-out time was relaxed due to the lunch time of the internship. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend the space.

I spent more than 8 months in this apartment and I can affirm that it is wonderful. It met my expectations with a comfortable bed, ample space, modern stove with electric oven and gas, in addition to a quality internet, which supplied all my needs. During my stay, it is only natural that there were problems, and it was at that moment that I realized the efficiency of the hostess, always available, until late in the evening, to help. From the theft of an electric wire, resolved the next day, to issues with the internet, everything was resolved quickly. The only reason for my departure was the end of the work I worked on in the city. Levo with me happy memories of this place, which has become my home for a long time. I'm grateful for everything! We are pleased with the stay. The location is very good, right in the center of Americana. It was all organized and clean, with the right tools. We were well served whenever necessary.

The site is very well located since it is very close to the central part of Americana, it has the boardwalks with many restaurants, snack bars and shops in general. The overall kitnet is perfect, it has everything you would need to spend your day-to-day smoothly, all very clean and organized.

Place close to everything. Easy check-in. Quiet space. I liked it a lot. Going back to Americana I'll stay there again. I recommend it!

It felt like I was at home! There were 4 of us. My daughter's mother, my daughter and her friend slept in the bedroom (double bed + 1 cot). I slept on the retractable sofa, veeeeeeeeery comfortable! It would easily fit one more person! Super recommended!!! Not to mention that the Concierge staff are very helpful!

I had an excellent stay! The place is great, very well cared for, clean and with a perfect structure for those who need to work in Home Office — fast internet, quiet and well-lit environment. The hosts were extremely attentive from the start, always available to help and make the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

Place well located, description exactly as in the photos. Space organized with many amenities in the building. The stay at Vivian's apartment at the Resort São Pedro was excellent. The space was impeccable, well organized and very clean, providing comfort throughout the accommodation. The children enjoyed every moment, especially with the recreation offered by the monitors, which ensured fun and entertainment. The fact that the water park is integrated into the hotel made the experience even more practical and enjoyable. In addition, Vivian's tips were extremely helpful, helping to make everything even more perfect. Without a doubt, an experience that deserves to be repeated and recommended.

Everything was clean, everything was new. The resort is beautiful next to the park. However, consumption inside the hotel is extremely expensive.

the weekend/ holiday was great at the homes of Ivanete and his Co-Hosts. really an amazing experience. had already rented another studio since the last time I was in Campinas, and it met our expectations. great space, with good lighting. beautiful and complete kitchen. there's no way, just cheer up. would come back several other times.
