This is a completely furnished living space that is part of my shop. It is quite country living just 12 miles from Emporia. Amenities included: 1 bedroom with king bed, and dresser space. Two loveseat sofas in living room that fold out into single beds. Roku smart TV. WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Covered Porch with gas grill, pellet smoker and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, disc golf baskets, corn hole boards, and basketball goal. Stocked pond with dock.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. Bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. The Lark Inn at FoxHollow

The home is very comfy and great for a long term stay as we have a washer and dryer available. There is a basement with access from the interior for safety during storms if needed. The patio is very secluded and great for outdoor dining; a charcoal grill is provided. In the Sunroom there is a desk and chair and great wifi service. Comfortable for four guests but can accommodate up to 6 guests. (bedroom has a king size bed, sunroom has two twins and sofa fold out into a queen size bed)

The main level features two queen bedrooms, a TV room, bath, kitchen and lakeview room overlooking the large, gently sloping yard and lake. Additional sleeping with futons in the TV room and lakeview room. Enjoy brick-paved patio with colorful adirondaks around fire pit, a hammock, horseshoes, ping pong, charcoal grill and picnic table.
