Beachfront holiday rentals in Amsterdam-Oost

We had a wonderful holiday with child and dog. We didn't lack anything in the accommodation. The location was great too. Right on the dunes and not far to the sea. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. Petri was very sweet too.

We really loved our stay at Annelies‘s apartment! It‘s so close to the beach, it took only 1 minute to get there - absolutely incredible! Annelies communicated the check-in instructions via WA where she sent us a short video and voice message. I really appreciated this as this already seemed so welcoming! The apartment is super small but contains everything you‘ll need. Plus Annelies left a few little extras for us and our dog - so cute! We would 100% recommend staying at Annelies‘s!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is well equipped, the bedding is of quality. Right in the middle of nature and exotic. I would recommend it in a second.

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

We stayed there for a week with our dog. This was followed by a warm, cordial welcome (care package with homemade jam, water bowl with the name of our dog) and many tips for the surrounding area. As if that weren't enough, the next day we even received some pieces of homemade cake with fruit from our own garden. Simply delicious 😋 We really recommend this place because we felt very comfortable and everything went smoothly.

A cozy, cozy and warm cottage, where we enjoyed spending the last days of the Christmas holidays. The sauna and jacuzzi and the sea within walking distance made the relaxation complete.

Friendly host, accommodation as described, surrounded by nature. Car needed for getting around. 30 min: Leiden, Gouda, Amsterdam

The place is really nice and everything made very cute. We felt super comfortable and therefore often cooked ourselves and ate "at home". The kitchen is fully equipped. There were guest gifts on the table to welcome us, which pleased us very much. Janneke also gave us great tips on what is worth exploring in the area and also how easy you can get to Amsterdam by train. We liked the proximity to the beach the most, we were there with our dog and were on foot in 5 minutes to the beach. Overall, we felt super comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back!

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The space is highly recommended. The view is beautiful and the apartment is beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax super due to the proximity to the beach.

Our stay met our expectations. We own a sailboat and are aware of the space restrictions involved. We enjoy different experiences and this fit the bill. Steven is very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. We took advantage of the tugboat tour Steven offers to his guests and this was a more intimate experience than we would otherwise have had on a canal trip in Amsterdam. Steven gave us the opportunity to experience bitter ballen and Skipper bitters at an old Dutch pub. For those who are adventurous and able bodied, this is a stay to put on the list!!

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

The house of Wessel and Maud is very stylishly furnished and well located. You can quickly walk to the Lidl and the hearty center of Huizen. In addition, Huizen is in a great location, you are within 30-45 minutes by car in great cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, etc. and on beautiful beaches such as Wijk an de See and Zandervort. Wessel is very friendly and always responds very quickly. We had a very nice time. 🥰

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

Had a great time staying on Steven’s boat. Steven is very friendly and responsive. Weesp is a beautiful and peaceful area to stay.

We felt very comfortable. The place is super nicely decorated and very clean and well maintained. Bart responded very quickly to every question and was totally nice and accommodating. There were welcome snacks and drinks and we were allowed to stay longer in the parking lot on the day of departure. We had a super nice weekend. Thank you

Louke's place was very nice, cozily furnished and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The location is great because you are on the beach in 2 minutes. You can even park for free right in front of the property. Louke was very friendly, always responded to me very quickly and even provided some snacks and beer for us. A really highly recommended place to stay. We will be happy to come back :-) David and Sonja

The house was so incredible - walking to the beach, shops and the sand dunes. The house was incredible cozy and all the little touches were above and beyond to make us feel like home. We left Casa Luna feeling recharged and looking forward to our next visit.

A great apartment right on the beach. Very comfortable beds, bright rooms and spacious living space. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent property that was accurately described. My family loved the peaceful atmosphere. The market, bakery, and excellent restaurants were easy walking distance. Wendy Jane was very responsive to all my questions. Only thing of note is ensuring you have transportation figured out. Relying on Uber can get expensive vs renting a car.

Dennis and Valerie are very friendly, happy to help and are always available for questions. The apartment is small but very cozy, has everything you need for a holiday. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, restaurants, downtown and the beach. I would come back here again and again for a vacation.
