The Bem Bom space is a complete house with an excellent leisure infrastructure. Located in Vila da Passagem, a quiet and peaceful place, 250 meters from the Paraguaçu River. It has a kiosk with a brewery and barbecue, a swimming pool with a deck, a playground, a yard, a service area, an outdoor bathroom and a full kitchen, as well as two independent bedrooms.

A comfortable sleeping area features a spacious bed draped with a white lace coverlet. Natural light enters through a window, illuminating the room's textured white brick wall. A bedside table holds a lamp, and a doorway leads to a small balcony adorned with greenery and a hammock.
