You’ll find us tucked away just outside the quaint little town of Six Mile, 10 miles north of Clemson University and in close proximity to 3 of the upstate's favorite lakes: Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and Lake Hartwell. Here you’ll enjoy the serenity of country life without feeling “too far out" or away from all the upstate has to offer.

One block from acres of green space, walking paths, playground, and shopping. Enter the gated courtyard with an inviting covered porch and lush outdoor space. Less than one mile to downtown restaurants, breweries, and shopping. One mile to Anderson University, AnMed Health. 15 miles to Clemson University. Includes private suite and access to back porch/yard.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

A rustic industrial style Lake Keowee lakefront escape that places you right on a panoramic point in a private cove. Welcome the outdoors in with the 6ft kitchen hinge bar window to the upper deck or enjoy the 6-seat hot tub on lower deck. Deep water dock tie off space is available. Guests enjoy the use of 2 standup paddle boards, and lakeside fire pit (guest provide firewood). Great cove sunsets! 15 minutes to Clemson and 1 min Lighthouse Restaurant. You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. Stay in a private caboose!!! Book your stay at Chessie Rails and experience a renovated caboose. But this is no ordinary train car. In October 2022 we started the process of bringing this vintage 1969 caboose back to life. Set back in your own private field with rolling hills as well as cows grazing on green grass.
