The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

It is a spacious loft with a great view. Ideal for two people who want to rest.

Cabo Banco might just be one of the most beautiful places in Costa Rica. We were here 23 years ago and it is still just as beautiful! The house is very well designed and extremely comfortable. Kitchen is great for preparing full meals and the lounging area very comfortable. The location in Punta Banco is ideal! We could walk less than 100 steps and be at the surf. The low tide pools past the town are great for lounging. We will definitely be back; I said to my wife, this is a little peace of paradise!

Ezequiel, the host manager was really a great host. The place is exactly like all the good reviews. American sized king beds, or they can do 2 singles. Very comfortable mattresses and quality sheets. Well equipped kitchen in which you can really prepare great food, but pick up groceries in El Calafate if you can. We had a problem that Ezequiel took care of right away. Worth the money on many levels.
