This charming modern native house gives a cosy rustic retreat experience. It's located in Numana farm, a leisure farm in Bulacan. A Kubo is a traditional Filipino home which we upgraded to fit the modern needs. Perfect for couples or small groups who delight in simple things and has heart for animals and nature.
“We had a great time at Ms.Amy's place. We're supposed to check-in at the Kubo, but since there are on-going fixes, Ms.Amy has upgraded our stay to the Casita and even allowed us to check-in earlier (we arrived at 1:00 pm). The place is quiet and serene. The Casita--very tidy and was stylishly decorated. It was also complete with amenities, from bath essentials, to first aid kit, iron, emergency flashlights. The kitchen is well-equipped. We also enjoyed spending time at the lanai. Ms.Amy's place is really a breath of fresh air. An ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We will definitely be back. It was all worth it. Thank you Ms.Amy for the warm hospitality which was also extended to us by Ms.Loesa❤ I will definitely recommend this lovely place to my friends and family.”
the place is few minutes drive to Sm Baliuag,Ace Hospital.Near Baliuag University,Immaculate Concepcion School of Baliuag,St Marys College and other private and public schools .Near 7eleven and alfamart.Secured fence with Cctv camera.pressurized water supply.Quiet place with friendly neighborhood.
“I highly recommend DMM Condotel especially for group travellers and families staying in Baliuag. This place is also ideal if you have a car because they offer free parking within the vicinity. Our unit is in the 2nd floor (which is accurate in the listing), so expect stairs upon entry. Getting around, expect to walk a little bit if you don’t own a car. And you can always take the tricycle for a fair price (negotiate well 🙂) as trikes are everywhere in Baliuag. It is near (walking distance) the market, convenience store, and some food establishments. A hospital is also nearby and a shopping mall is very accessible by trike or jeepney. The host is very kind and welcoming, allowing us to check-in earlier. Perhaps because there was no check out on that day. Nonetheless, she was very accommodating and thoughtful throughout the length of our stay. The place is in a quiet neighborhood. It is fairly new and very clean, as it is in the listing photos. Water supply is strong and consistent. They have utensils for cooking and eating-in. They also offer some grocery items that you can avail in case you forget to bring some. One can get a truly peaceful night’s sleep because it feels like a safe neighborhood but there is that occasional howling of dogs (you can hear it because it can be very quiet at night). Staying in February, the weather can be cool in the morning, which is nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anyone looking for an accommodation in Baliuag that is well worth it!”
My unit is near NLEX and Philippine Arena. It's just few meters from the gate of the subdivision and to the guard house. It is across Alfa Mart Grocery. Aside from your own kitchen, we have a canteen downstairs. With Parking spaces. LED TV with access to Netflix Viewing. With hot and cold shower.
“The proximity of the place is not only ideal for those who have cars since it is near NLEX, but also for commuters because PUVs are just minutes away. The eatery downstairs is a big plus for us since it saves us from troubles of finding a place where to eat. Bonus: foods there are delicious. As for the unit itself, it is very spacious and can accommodate more guests than stated. The place is clean including the sheets, towels, plates, etc. Bonus: it has a roofdeck. The owners are very hospitable and they respond quickly to your needs. Just state your concerns so they can help you. We rented the place even our event took place in Meycauayan, and yet we didn't regret for a second.”
