Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

My family and I had a very positive experience with this company, we found that the property was exactly as described and the images of the property displayed on the website was also very accurate. When we arrived we found that the pool was not usable due to some issues, however this issue was resolved the very next day. (The swimming pool is clean and well maintained although we didn’t get to use it much due to other activities we planned) The management team were very responsive and also contacted us from time to time making sure that everything was working properly within the property. (We felt welcomed and at home at all times) They have an amazing cleaning lady who cleans the property every couple of days she does her job very well and is polite , they also have a security guard in front of the building at night. (Which made us feel extra safe) Overall we are glad we chose this property to spend our time in Luanda and we would definitely use their services for our next visit.

A gorgeous house with a fantastic pool and excellent wifi coverage. I booked this house for me and my family so that we can spend Christmas altogether and in luxury. Florinda was extremely flexible and able to accommodate all our requests. I hope to stay again in the near future. The pool is excellent and well maintained. The house is spacious, all rooms have en suites and the TV area and couch is extremely comfortable. None of my family wanted to leave!

Abdul’s place is in a great location, walkable to good restaurants, one of the safest ones in Luanda. The place is cozy and has all you would need - and is definitely a bargain for the location. Most importantly, Abdul is a great host, super responsive and super flexible. He and his assistant Francisco were ready to support us with a late check in and check out, which was extremely helpful for us. Thank you, Abdul and Francisco!

I had a short but pleasant stay at this T1 apartment in Luanda. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, close to a major crossroad, making it easy to navigate the city. While the proximity to the crossroad does make it a bit noisy at times, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy and practical place to stay in Luanda!

Soraia was attentive and helpful from the first contacts. The tips and guidelines made the stay in Luanda very enjoyable . The apartment , in addition to being very comfortable , was clean and with all important utensils for the daily life of a season/trip. I was very pleased .

The stay was wonderful. Pedro and Ana are kind, helpful, generous and attentive hosts. All this was expressed from the delicious breakfast, the willingness to make us comfortable, to the support with transportation. The place is beautiful and perfect to rest. We enjoyed a backyard full of trees, fruits and beauty...The family is all very welcoming and beautiful company.

I recently stayed at this charming 3-bedroom villa, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The villa was beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom was spacious, well-appointed, and offered plenty of natural light, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living areas were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was a highlight — we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and making use of the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, offering peace and privacy while still being conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The host was attentive and provided us with great recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable.
