Terraces is located on the top of Little Bay Hill. You will need a car ( we recommend 4wd ) not only to reach us, but also to access to the many beaches, restaurants and unlimited opportunities you will find in St Maarten along your stay. We are very close to the most important centers of attraction which are: Airport Princess Juliana SXM – 12 minutes. Supermarket – 5 minutes. Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes. Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes. Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes . Just come down to Terraces, breath in the ocean air and feel the amazing breeze that refreshes our property.
