We are a creative family offering comfortable accommodation in our home, built in the 1870s with period features and beautiful original ornate Victorian cornice decoration. You have a large light 32 sq meter room that has a very comfy double bed and a double sofa bed. There is a table and chairs in large bay window where you can have breakfast and/or use as a working space .There is off road parking at back of property and we are well located for golfing in Carnoustie or St Andrews.

Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

The buildings date from around 1890, the old steadings and mill form a complex of buildings which include: a private house, a cottage, 2 bed & breakfast rooms, and a luxurious spa area* with a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and aquarium.
