The very typical Nsim riad is located in the heart of the Medina, in a quiet alley close to Dar El Bachar street. The large square is 10 minutes away, the spice square is 5-8 minutes away. And the souks at 30s:) The riad is large which makes it ideal for a group (in festive mode). The reception was perfect, since the organization of the shuttle from the airport (despite a good hour delay, thank you Ryanair). A cup of mint tea upon arrival, the few formalities (tourist tax to be paid) and the visit of the rooms. We ordered a couscous and then a tagine for two evenings. Every time we enjoyed ourselves and the portions are hearty. The riad is quiet and pleasant, the pool in the heart of the courtyard allows you to cool off while waiting for the coolness of the night. The bedrooms are large and comfortable enough. The rooftop terrace is usable for tanning and especially for evening meals. Our host was very responsive to our requests and always gave good advice.

Hicham’s place was a great find in the heart of Marrakech. The location—right by the center of Gueliz—made it super convenient to get around. I was in town for Gitex Africa, and the apartment’s proximity to the event venue was a huge plus. As a digital nomad, having strong and reliable internet was essential—and this place delivered. I was able to work remotely without any issues. The apartment itself is calm, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a central, quiet spot with great amenities. Just hoping to see more updated reviews soon—this place deserves more recognition!

Everything went well and the host was in every way responsive when we asked for a second pair of keys... Very nice accommodation, sunny, close to the pool and very nice garden with sun loungers. Three comfortable double beds and amenities to match (Nespresso machine). Ideally located near the airport, allows you to exit Marrakech quickly and close to the city center. Very easy to park, but car is necessary. Very quiet most of the time. Only downside, the noise of planes in the morning but you get used to it... Corresponds in every way to the service described.

After some stressful months in NYC, I decided to have a peaceful vacation in Morocco, my happy place. Since I still needed to work, I needed the perfect place to relax but do some work at the same time. Khalid's place provided the perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and the peacefulness and relaxation that I was looking for. Communication with Khalid was excellent and he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. A great place to stay! Highly recommended!

The place was great , looked really stylish and is a great spot for a peaceful holiday. Though about a 20-30 minutes drive to the city centre. Illham was very welcoming and made sure we didn’t struggle to get to the apartment , also illham was very responsive whenever we had any issues, thank-you. I would recommend this place if your looking for a relaxed holiday.
