Its location is ideal for enjoying numerous activities on site (sailing, canoeing, surfing, kite-surfing, paragliding) but it is also a central starting point for discovering the whole Finistère (the coastal trails, the GR34, Locronan, the Pointe du Raz, the Crozon peninsula, the Cap de la Chêvre,Brest ,Quimper)

You will have the pleasure of enjoying a landscape that is both lively and relaxing by coming to stay by the sea. We offer relaxation sessions with sea views around 9 p.m. in the evening. The house faces the sea with panoramic views between La Pointe du Raz and Cap de la Chèvre. The beach is a 3-minute walk away (sand yachting, kite surfing, a little surfing). A 3-minute walk to a bread depot and convenience store. 2 km to a grocery store and bakery. 10 min drive to Plomodiern and 15 min to Crozon. Your animal friends are welcome

A small brand new extension, welcomes you in the quiet of the countryside, close to Tréboul. The early risers will contemplate the sunrise over the Bay of Douarnenez. You will observe the changing colors of the maritime landscape and the ballet of boats on the Bay. Beaches and strikes are a few minutes walk away. Thalasso, shops, market and port of Tréboul are a 5-minute drive away. Hiking shoes on, it is the GR 34 that awaits you from the cottage .

You'll love my place because of the view and the comfort. It is perfect for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Nearby bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalassotherapy center. My apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor. For parking no problem, 2 free parking lots nearby.

Cottage between Land, Stones and Sea

Small 70 m2 detached house, 5-minute walk to a very nice beach, house located in the countryside, close to other houses and a farm. Large beach with many puddles ideal for children to swim in. Enclosed garden. Possibility to store your bikes under lock and key if needed. Close to GR 34, paragliding spots. At the entrance to the Presqu'ile de Crozon, close to Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper, Brest and the center of Finistère. The garden is fenced.

The 30 m² "BEACH" apartment with its 16 m² private terrace consists of a living room with equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a bed for 2 people (quality bedding, bed made on arrival) and a private shower room. Saint Nic is the perfect central base for checking out Finistère. In the immediate vicinity you will find cafes and bakeries, restaurants and creperies.

Located on the 2nd and top floor, in a quiet residence overlooking the port rhu, 51 m2 furnished tourist apartment. You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
