Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. Thanks.

Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Spacious Get Away: Hot Tub, Pool Table, Fire Pit

Perfect place for our trip! Lots of room, lots of games and plenty of beds. We loved the pool table and the hot tub and used the playing cards. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of supplies. There were enough towels for everyone. The backyard space is nice and quiet and the location was perfect for our needs. Check in/out was super easy and communication was fast. I would definitely recommend this place!

Quiet and serene surroundings! The lake house sets right on the lake and fishing was awesome right off the back porch and dock. Home was clean, well stocked and we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. Shannon is a great, accommodating host and always very responsive to our inquiries. We will definitely stay In her home when back in the area!

The Beach House @ Brightwater Bay

We were upfront about our needs for the space and Chelsi answered all of our questions and was readily available while we were there. We had a few hiccups that were solved or helped with (we never got the internet to work but thats not a huge deal - internet is always 50/50). Had the weather been better during our stay we would have definitely taken more advantage of the outside amenities. Definitely a new favorite place we are already hoping to use again someday!

Hillside Cottage was the perfect place for me to get away for some much needed time to myself. The location and cottage were beautiful. Loved hearing the birds singing and even saw some deer passing through as I sat out on the porch. Will definitely come again!

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert in Stillwater and Matthew's house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and furniture and the full kitchen allowed us to cook instead of eating out for every meal. The hot tub was an added bonus to an already great place. Plenty of space for 2 couples and I also felt comfortable in the neighborhood for my morning run each day. The coffee bar was also amazing! If we're ever in the area again we would definitely stay here!

Had a wonderful stay here. Mrs. Becky and her husband were very sweet and just wonderful hosts. Lots of history in this home. The beds were very comfortable and the home was perfect to accommodate our work crew.
