The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

Avotu Street (translated as “spring water”) is well known for its many wedding shops. Free parking is available in the backyard. Please note: Parties are not allowed. The apartment is situated in Jurmala within the free-entry zone, with free parking available on the premises. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house, boasting a separate entrance. It's an ideal retreat for two people, but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

The cozy apartment has fully equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer), TV screen with Netflix. In the morning our guests are spoiled with great coffee and freshly baked pastry from Kukul bakery right across the street. Beautiful sea walking path starts from the house along the sea to the woods.
