Our new (2021) and attractive A-frame house in Apelviken located on our property. Here you live in 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, including sea view. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and sink. Sleeping loft with a 160 cm double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi and TV with Apple Lightning are available. Patio with tables, chairs. Short walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

If you are a kitesurfer, windsurfer or SUPer, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.
