The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

There is 1 plush double pillow top bed, a full Murphy bed and a loft sleeping area lavished with glass blocks and spiral stairs; which include a single pillow top bed. There is a private bathroom with bath, a small eating area, lounge chairs and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, blender, modern silver cooking burners and cooking utensils.

Located on the Upper West side of Manhattan, commonly known as Harlem, the community has a strong multicultural and diverse presence. That influence is reflected in the neighborhood’s cultural institutions, shops, restaurants, and markets like Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Numerous parks and works of public art add to the allure while maintaining its community feel and charm with historic and landmarked brownstones, townhouses, and walk-up apartment buildings within tree-lined streets.

We are offering a private bedroom with a full sized bed that will sleep two adults. The room is sunny, located on the second floor of our townhouse overlooking the garden. A full private bathroom is en-suite. We are located a short walk away from Columbia University, Manhattan School of Music and Jewish Theological Seminary. Great restaurants are also close. Please note our check-in time of no later than 10 PM. If you are planning on taking a late flight, please message us first.

Beautiful Historic Harlem Townhouse. Owner occupied. Host will be present in the Unit during the guests’ stay. 2nd Floor private guest bedroom and bath. Spacious and quiet. Literally steps away from Amsterdam Avenue and transportation. Enjoy all Manhattan has to offer while living in a lovely peaceful home. I added a mini fridge and a pull out futon. I’m fully vaccinated with Moderna and I can send you my medical card upon request.

Second floor large bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. House is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. King size bed and the room has a large closet to hang things in. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance and also not for Saturday nights.
