Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

The Hut is just under 400 square feet and designed for 2 guest with a front and back deck. Covered parking and a view of the lake. There is NO lake access but the view is great. The Hut sits on its own lot with a wide gravel circular drive and wood fencing for extra privacy. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a flat lot with big trees in the County not the city of Guntersville. launches close, 5 miles and downtown Guntersville is 10 miles.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Enjoy sitting on the dock or relax in the screened in sitting room while listening to the water fountain. You will be on the premises where we run a Husky kennel and at times will hear the howling of the pack. Bring food to cook on the Blackstone grill at the outdoor kitchen.
