Forget your worries in this spacious, secluded accommodation. It's very easy to get to the house. The courtyard is quiet and very pleasant in summer. The supermarket is 500 metres away, the main road to Lake Sevan is 500 metres away, and the centre can be reached by taxi in 7-10 minutes for $2.5-4. If guests wish, we can organise tours with or without a guide, and we can also arrange a cook to prepare barbecue on the grill (this is very tasty and convenient).
