Area is also famous for Zoravor Surb Astvatsatsin Church/Holy Mother of God the Mighty Church which is just right in front of building making it impossible to not feel the history and culture every time you go out. Best location for exploring the city, enjoying the nightlife and wine scene at famous Saryan and Moskovyan Str Sofa bed in living room and queen bed in bedroom, for 4 people

This new studio apartment(located on Sayat-Nova street) is cozy and stylish. It's light, has high ceilings and is equipped with everything for comfortable staying as if you're at a hotel. Has small balcony, WiFi 80mb/s internet, 42'' LED TV, fridge, washing machine, microvave, toaster. Republic Square and Freedom Square(Opera Theatre), Cafes/Restaurants, Parks, Galleries, Shops, Subway are up to 5 minutes walk. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Can accommodate up to 2 guests.

It's light, high ceilinged and is equipped with everything so you feel like you are at your own home or in a quality hotel. It has WiFi, flat screen TV, fridge, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, iron etc...
