My house is suitable for couples looking for a little tranquility ,to lone adventurers who love nature , to those traveling for work and families (with children). The house is also a ten minute drive from Baunei for those who want to try climbs and hikes in the beautiful mountains .

La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.

Si trova in zona molto tranquilla, a 500 metri dalla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria e dal porticciolo turistico. Farmacia, supermercato, fruttivendolo, fiorista, bar, gelaterie e ristoranti si trovano a poche centinaia di metri.
