Lovely house with lake location

Summer cottage idyll with direct lake location and all amenities. Secluded and private location with unobstructed views in the west (sun all afternoon and evening) but at the same time the cottage is also part of a small village where there is a soccer field, playground for the smaller children and a larger common swimming area with rocks (about 5 minutes' walk). Private jetty for meals directly by the water and swimming jetty directly adjacent to the plot (about 50 meters below the house). The rowing boat seats 4-6 people and fishing gear is available.

The antique details are combined with modern amenities. Access is available to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. From here, you can easily make excursions to Sörmland's entire range of culture and beautiful nature. We welcome adult guests and children over 12 years old.

Garage is rented out in separate listing 5 beds of which 1 160 cm , 2 120 cm, 2 80 cm . Bed linens and towels are not included and is something you bring. Take a break and unwind in this country house in our second house on the farm. It is located between Köping and Kungsör, 7 km in each direction. Bus connections in both directions 500 meters from the house. Train connections from both towns. We are happy to see vacationers, workers or travelers who want to stay in our house. Shared courtyard with landlord. The house has four rooms and a kitchen, of which two bedrooms contain three beds and an extra bed 80x190. Bathroom with washer and dryer, newly renovated.

Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bikes. We want guests rough cleaning - i.e. dishes, empty garbage, and sweep up garbage. Check out 11am and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can come earlier in the day for a small fee - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).
