This great 2 bed 2 bath with full kitchen, covered porch with BBQ gas grill & table, air conditioning, TV, WiFi is located at the base of the beautiful Book Cliffs. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Besides being close to Moab, Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, we are a few miles from 4500 year old Indian painting, and the ghost town of Sego. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Moab shopping and restaurants; nestled against the breathtaking slickrock by the golf course. Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Top of the World Rental w/ Loft

Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking. Please call for details
