Charming archipelago house in the village

Entire upper floor with private entrance in archipelago house with roots from the 18th century. The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is approximately 75 square meters.

Hälleviksstrand - Waterfront Cottage

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Little Saltkråkan

Hot tub, sauna and sea bath - Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with almost all the facilities you need. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or there might be the possibility to rent the "attefallsstugan" separately. It is a hidden idyllic place that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At the time, the island was called Trälen. You can see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

A summer house beyond the ordinary! Peacefully isolated in a nature reserve with more than 100 meters to the nearest neighbor. 10 meters from the lake with a private jetty and sauna. Swim, fish, barbecue or take an evening trip by boat. Walk in the woods among the lamb pastures or get down to nearby Nääs factories for shopping or a good dinner. Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
