The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's landscape is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the centre.

Sit back and relax on the car-free island of Knarrholmen in the Gothenburg archipelago. You can easily reach the island by ferry from Saltholmen, where both tram and bus go from central Gothenburg. In the Studio, there is a sleeping loft with 5 beds. From the patio, you can follow what is happening out at sea, but still be protected from the weather and wind. If you want to go for a swim, there are several bathing spots to choose from, or if you fancy a bite to eat, there is a pleasant restaurant on the island.
