Chez Ismama - Peaceful and Air-Conditioned

Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor without elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in living room). Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as kitchen essentials. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the neighborhood and will be available if needed.

This cozy 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with great taste where stone and wood mingle, for a warm atmosphere, in an old outbuilding of the Palais des Papes and relive this historic period of the city of Avignon. Ideally located in the center of Avignon, next to the Jean Vilar Museum, Place de l'Horloge (🚸in a pedestrian area). Self check-in and check-out. Check-in 5pm / check-out 10am. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.
