E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

A newly built high spec contemporary home in the heart of the beautiful seaside village of Ardmore, Co. Waterford. This home is a stone's throw from the Round Tower and cathedral site, the shops, the beach and is on the circuit of the famous Ardmore Cliff Walk and the Michelin star restaurant at the Cliff Hotel. The perfect location! As this house is not suitable for young children, we ask that all guest are min 12y old. Please contact us before booking if planning a stay with young kids.

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.
