E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

This hidden peaceful, private hidden gem with amazing views, has been lovingly restored over the last number of years. Within 5 minutes drive (7 min cycle ) to Ardmore beach & Whiting bay. Pet friendly. Close to many different attractions, walking and cycling trails. Titanic experience, Jamesons Distillery, Fota Island, Lismore Castle and its Sunday market. Ardmore open farm, The Greenway, to mention but a few. It's a welcoming home from home :-) Wifi - BBQ - Plenty of Ourdoor seating.

We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!
